Role & responsibilities Responsible for business development and will be accountable to add new customers by understanding the needs and requirements. Responsible for achieving Sales targets. Generate new inquiries - Offer product details and prices, connect with Inside Sales Team/ Field sales executives / dealers / distributors. Coordinating complete sales activities within and outside the company. Providing technical support to other sales executives. Promote sustainable, eco-friendly alternatives to traditional flex and vinyl banners. Proactively identify and convert potential customers. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients. Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales strategies. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the signage industry (selling flex banners, vinyl, inks, or other digital printing materials). Knowledge of digital printing technologies and materials is preferred. Passion for sustainable and eco-friendly printing solutions.
