Provide onsite technical and customer support for the installation, configuration, key operator training, and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers.
Responsible for setting up and installing new Multifunction Printers.
Provide routine service and maintenance for Multifunction Printers.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning Multifunction Printers.
Perform timely checks and maintenance of all printing equipment.
Must have a good understanding of all hardware and software-related issues of printers.
Responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment, promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
Accurately identify and resolve any technical issues and ensure optimum operating conditions.
Handle customer issues promptly.
Maximize equipment uptime through timely response and effective and efficient repairs, with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Must possess good customer service and communication skills.
Must be willing to travel.
Provide accurate updates for closed call information, parts usage reporting, and customer meter readings.
Must be able to problem-solve, conduct written and verbal communication, and read and comprehend technical information.
