Key Responsibilities: Assign incoming support/service tickets to the appropriate field engineers. Track and follow up on ticket resolution and ensure timely closure. Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for replacement/repair of defective laptops, desktops, and related hardware.
