Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator – MPS to support our sales team in driving Managed Print Services business. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating with OEMs/distributors, managing pricing approvals, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales team to prepare and issue MPS quotations/proposals.
• Work with OEMs (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, etc.) and distributors to obtain best pricing and special bid approvals.
• Maintain and update customer data, pricing records, and contract details.
• Assist in deal registration with OEMs and follow-up for approvals.
• Manage order processing in SAP/CRM – from quotation to sales order to delivery.
• Ensure accuracy of contracts, SLAs, and renewal documents.
• Track MPS supplies and consumables for clients, coordinate with service/delivery teams.
• Provide sales reports, pipeline updates, and dashboards to management.
• Support the sales team with RFP/RFQ documentation and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with finance and operations teams for invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding proposals, deliveries, and escalations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of Managed Print Services / office automation / IT hardware business.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP/CRM systems for sales order management.
• Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills for reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
