As a Service Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Multifunction Printers (MFP), preferably in RICOH & FUJIFILM, your primary responsibility will be to provide onsite technical and customer support. You will be involved in the installation, configuration, key operator training, and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers in Baroda, Gujarat. Your duties will include setting up and installing new Multifunction Printers, providing routine service and maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning printers, and performing timely checks and maintenance on all printing equipment. You must have a good understanding of both hardware and software-related issues of printers. It will be your responsibility to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment, aiming to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products. You should be able to accurately identify and resolve technical issues, handle customer problems promptly, and maximize equipment uptime through timely response and effective repairs, including customer training where necessary. You should have the ability to troubleshoot independently, demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude, possess good customer service and communication skills, and be willing to travel as required. Providing accurate updates for closed call information, parts usage reporting, and customer meter readings will also be part of your responsibilities.
