Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support for printing devices such as Canon, HP, Xerox, and photocopiers. Install Maintain and repair printers (A-3 & A-4 size). Troubleshooting:- Identifying and resolving printer issues, such as paper jams, connectivity problems, print quality issues, and error messages. Hardware problem:- Replace parts such as fixing unit, toner, hopper, drum unit etc. Software Configuration: Installing and configuring printer drivers, software, and firmware updates. Network Setup : Configuring network-connected printers, ensuring they can be accessed by multiple users or devices. Provide On-site technical support. Offer solutions to customers through phone calls or email interactions regarding printer-related queries. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of printer repair, installation, support, troubleshooting, solutioning for various brands including Canon, HP Service Manager. Knowledge: Model no.:- Canon IRAdv.4025/4235/3235/3225 Canon Color:- IR-3226/3020/3120; MF-244, 241, 4570, 4870; Kyocera:- FS-2040; Brother:- L-2541dw/2640 HP:- 438nda/436nd. Mandatory: Must own a bike for travel within Delhi NCR.
