Job Description: Business Development Executive (1–3 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–3 years of experience to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation through strategic outreach and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through market research, outbound outreach, referrals, and networking.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.

Maintain a steady flow of new opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.

Setting up the appointments for the Sales team.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Conduct introductory meetings to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives.

Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with potential and existing clients.

Present the company’s services and value proposition clearly and confidently.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute business development strategies.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with management to refine targeting, messaging, and positioning.

4. Pipeline & CRM Management

Update and maintain CRM records for leads, activities, and opportunities.

Track pipeline movement, forecast sales, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Provide regular reporting on outreach performance and pipeline health.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery, recruitment, etc.) to ensure a smooth client experience.

Provide feedback from prospects to marketing and leadership to support product/service improvements.

6. Market Research & Insights

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets.

Analyze customer segments to identify new growth opportunities.

Share insights that help refine business strategy or market positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition.

Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.

Strong analytical, research, and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in staffing, IT services, SaaS, digital marketing, consulting, or similar sectors would be a plus.

Understanding of sales frameworks (BANT, SPIN, Consultative Selling).

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM, or other prospecting tools.

Ability to prepare client proposals, pitch decks, and business documents.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
