Handle student walk-ins at the Centre. Maintain a conversion ratio of at least 40% on leads assigned to you. Establish contacts with the Institutions and thereby generate appointments for the Student Awareness Team. Follow up on leads generated through various sources. Ensure effective team communication throughout the marketing department through the application of suitable reporting systems and structures and the identification and provision of appropriate training. Target 10% overall growth of market share in PG and UG Kerala market. Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options (local and international) available. Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrolment system. Update knowledge of courses and institutions to support students.
