Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales / Business Development to drive business growth in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities (KRA): Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers across key industry segments (e.g., HoReCa, Retail Chains, Distributors, Corporates, etc.). Account Management & Relationship Building Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing B2B clients to drive repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, negotiations, and contract renewals. Travel across the business territory to meet clients, provide after-sales support, and reinforce business relationships. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with the team on pricing strategies, promotions, and bulk order negotiations to maximize revenue. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. Market Research & Competition Analysis Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Track competitor pricing, product launches, and promotional activities. Sales Operations & Reporting Follow up on payment collections from clients, monitoring the credit period for all key accounts managed. Ensure supply chain management meets the standards promised to clients. Ensure timely follow-ups and order processing to enhance client experience. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment collection.
