We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to manage and grow sales in Bangalore city, as well as Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The ideal candidate must be based in Bangalore, own a bike, and be willing to travel extensively to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage and grow sales within Bangalore city and the regions of Karnataka,Tamil Nadu,Kerala & Telangana. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. - Travel extensively to Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Telangana to meet clients, dealers and distributors. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies. - Prepare and present sales reports and updates to management. *Requirements:* - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role. - Must own a bike and have a valid driving license. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Knowledge of the Tamil Nadu and Kerala markets is a plus. *Perks:* - Competitive salary of 40,000 per month. - Food and travel allowance provided.
