Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in PCMC Pune.

  Marketing & sales promotion of Agriculture, Aquaculture as well as ETP and STP related water Treatment Chemicals.

• The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts .
• Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients who require Product, in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• The day-to-day tasks include lead generation, conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales pitches, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. The objective is to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

• Candidate must be confident with excellent English/Hindi/Marathi speaking skills.
• Candidate must be energetic, polite and be able to adapt to a new working environment.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree- BSc Or MSc Agri/Environmental Science/ Chemistry/ MBA marketing
• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the industry is a plus and Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
