Role Overview:
We’re looking for energetic, self-driven, and passionate Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This role requires a strong blend of sales aptitude, client servicing, and strategic thinking. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding Marconix’s business footprint across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and industry events.
Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings and demos.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects in CRM tools.
2. Client Meetings & Pitches
Support in preparing customized proposals and pitch decks.
Attend client meetings (virtual or physical) along with senior managers or independently.
Clearly communicate Marconix's value proposition and offerings.
3. Business Development Strategy
Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and new market opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns aligned with business goals.
Provide input on pricing models, client onboarding strategies, and partnership development.
4. CRM & Reporting
Regularly update leads, opportunities, and tasks on internal CRM tools.
Track and report weekly/monthly BD performance, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Prepare MIS and client engagement trackers.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
Liaise with operations, project delivery, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless transition from acquisition to activation.
Coordinate with design and content teams for pitch assets.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory; regional languages a plus)
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo.io)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Certifications in Sales, Digital Marketing, or CRM tools will be an advantage
