Whatʼs this Role All About Weʼre looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Procurement and Operations team. This role is a perfect launchpad for someone who thrives on ownership, loves solving real-world problems, and wants to work on high-impact operations from Day 1. Youʼll be the key operator making magic happen—from negotiating with vendors to ensuring every component lands at the right place, at the right time. What You'll Own Logistics s Delivery Orchestrate smooth dispatch and delivery of components and products Track shipments closely and keep stakeholders updated in real time Vendor Management Onboard new vendors and nurture strong, long-term relationships Negotiate to drive savings and secure high-quality materials Procurement s Sourcing Research and vet suppliers for diverse categories Handle purchase orders, contracts, and invoices with sharp attention to detail Follow up proactively to ensure timely outcomes Payments s Coordination Work closely with finance to ensure timely vendor payments Tackle and resolve payment issues collaboratively Cross-Team Collaboration Coordinate with design, R&D, ops, and finance teams to get things done Share regular reports and insights to support decision-making We are looking for Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or related fields Experience: 0–1 year Strong communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving mindset with follow-through Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working both independently and in teams Why join us Urban Company is a house-hold name when it comes to exceptional quality of services at home.
