Role Responsibilities Develop and execute effective business development strategies to meet and exceed set targets. Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that will generate leads. Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads and manage sales pipelines. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote Placed. Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate offerings. Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns to convert them into sales. Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement. Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a remote setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis software. Excellent negotiating and closing skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and performance data. Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events as necessary. Experience in a tech-related industry is a plus. Self-motivated and results-driven mindset. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
