Role Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads. Identify and qualify leads through effective communication techniques. Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software. Collaborate with team members to refine sales approaches and strategies. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight our services. Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide necessary information. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis. Utilize feedback from customers to improve sales approaches. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with new offerings and services to effectively sell to clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in inside sales or related roles (minimum 2 years). Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and deadlines. Experience with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with market research techniques. Ability to adapt to new challenges and problem-solve effectively. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Available to work in different time zones as needed.
