Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Noida. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks involve communicating with potential clients, nurturing leads, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and proven ability in lead generation and conversion
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address client needs
• Account Management expertise to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with the Edtech sector and digital learning solutions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
