Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to outreach, marketing automation, and data-driven lead generation. The ideal candidate is adept at building prospect pipelines, executing targeted communication strategies across multiple channels, and maintaining high-quality CRM data. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities and support the end-to-end sales process. Key Responsibilities: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn, tailored to specific audiences and sectors. Manage and optimize email marketing initiatives, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking. Use advanced lead sourcing techniques to identify potential clients through LinkedIn, industry platforms, and verified databases. Craft compelling, insight-driven case studies and outreach materials to support business development and thought leadership. Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads, conversations, and follow-up tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, positioning, and client engagement strategies. Continuously analyze campaign performance to improve engagement, response rates, and conversion metrics. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email marketing campaigns. Familiarity with WhatsApp business tools and messaging automation platforms is a strong advantage. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive outreach copy and case studies. Organized, resourceful, and self-driven with a bias for action.
