About the Organization:
Sustenergy Foundation is a leading research house and audit organization driving awareness and implementation of energy efficiency, electrical safety, and sustainable electrical practices across India’s healthcare sector, Hospitality, IT and Industries. We are on a mission to collaborate with 400+ NABH-accredited hospitals under our national campaign focused on enhancing safety, and improving maintenance operations.
Job Objective:
To convert submitted proposals and warm leads into confirmed partnerships and scheduled appointments for the national campaign. This includes managing outbound calls, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing high-impact collaborations with hospitals across India.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to NABH and non-NABH hospitals to pitch Sustenergy Foundation’s Electrical safety audits and energy optimization services.
● Convert existing proposals and offers submitted to hospitals into appointments and contracts.
● Schedule virtual/physical meetings for the senior team and technical consultants.
● Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of all conversations and lead progress.
● Follow up on previous interactions and manage objection handling professionally.
● Work closely with the marketing and auditing teams to ensure qualified leads are prioritized.
● Meet weekly appointment and closure targets.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
● Minimum 1–2 years experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B calling (healthcare/energy/consulting sector preferred).
● Proven track record in sales closures or appointment setting in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication in English & Hindi. Knowledge of South Indian languages is an added advantage.
● Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
● Target-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive with excellent follow-up skills.
● Basic understanding of healthcare decision-making hierarchy (Admin/Facility Head/MD level).
● Exposure to selling B2B consulting, audits, or SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
Minimum Academic Qualification:
● Any Graduate
● Background in Marketing / Sales / Electrical / Healthcare Management is an advantage
● Must be fluent in English and Hindi
● Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools
Preferred Background:
● Experience in healthcare sales, solar/energy consulting, or electrical contracting firms.
● Former telecallers from hospital equipment or services background will be prioritized.
● Candidates with proven outbound campaign experience in national campaigns are encouraged.
Compensation:
CTC Range: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives based on closures and revenue generated.
