About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about building a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms.

Explain products/courses/services to students, parents, and institutions.

Maintain strong follow-up with leads to convert them into admissions/business.

Assist in marketing activities, seminars, and promotional campaigns.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers and partner institutions.

Prepare daily reports, maintain CRM entries, and track lead status.

Support the team in planning and executing business development strategies.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to convince and handle customer queries

Basic understanding of sales & marketing concepts

Good presentation skills

Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

Freshers preferred
