Job Description

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and build meaningful business relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching tailored solutions, and managing the full client journey from prospecting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Understand client needs and recommend customized solutions
  • Manage and track leads and follow-ups using CRM tools

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, client handling, or pre-sales
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to confidently pitch value-driven solutions
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM software, and Google Workspace
  • Eager to learn, grow, and consistently meet or exceed targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
