Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development within the financial sector, specifically in buying and selling unlisted shares and managing client relationships. This office-based role involves client engagement through cold calling, messaging, and other communication channels to support business growth. Candidates must hold an MBA and be seeking a full-time position. This is not a target-driven role but focuses on building long-term client relationships and contributing to the organization’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients through cold calling, messaging, and other communication channels to build and maintain strong relationships. Facilitate the buying and selling of unlisted shares with professionalism and efficiency. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs. Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions. Provide clients with clear, professional guidance on investment opportunities in unlisted shares and private equity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transaction processes. Contribute to the development of client education initiatives about unlisted shares and private equity. Required Qualifications: MBA in Finance, Marketing from a recognized institution. 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in business development within the financial sector, specifically handling unlisted shares or similar financial products. Proven ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and negotiations. Basic understanding of financial markets, particularly unlisted shares and private equity. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with financial analysis tools is a plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
