Position Overview

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through cold calling, messaging, and other communication channels to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Facilitate the buying and selling of unlisted shares with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide clients with clear, professional guidance on investment opportunities in unlisted shares and private equity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transaction processes.
• Contribute to the development of client education initiatives about unlisted shares and private equity.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Finance, Marketing from a recognized institution.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in business development within the financial sector, specifically handling unlisted shares or similar financial products.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and negotiations.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, particularly unlisted shares and private equity.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with financial analysis tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
