Travel Operations: Design and customize travel itineraries for B2B clients, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities. Coordinate with various travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) to secure bookings and manage logistics. Handle client inquiries, provide travel advice, and resolve any issues or disruptions during travel. Ensure spontaneous reply to client enquiries and close the deal. Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies and procedures. Manage travel budgets and expenses. Monitor and evaluate the quality of travel services provided. Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively. General Administration: Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client interactions. Prepare travel documentation, including vouchers and tickets. Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and new technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B travel sales and operations. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the travel industry and its dynamics.
