Job description:
Sales and Counseling: - Engage with potential students through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to understandtheir career goals and interests.
- Provide detailed information about our IT courses, including course content, duration, and fees. - Recommend appropriate courses based on the individual's background and career aspirations.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, ensuring a high level ofcustomer satisfaction.
- Address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Targets: - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline development and conversion rates.
