Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Hyderabad. The BD Assicate will be responsible for assisting the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and customer engagement. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and supporting sales strategies, will also assist with customer service inquiries, participate in sales meetings, and gain hands-on experience in sales management.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Freshers with a Marketing & Sales background (MBA/BBA Preferred-2024& 2025)

Build strong client relationships
Support sales strategies and collaborate with the marketing team

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Confidence in persuasion & negotiation
CRM Tools – Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho (basic knowledge is a plus)
MS Office / Google Workspace
