We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Shadow Teacher to support children with special needs in a reputed school located in Bharatiya City, Thanisandra,Bengaluru. The Shadow Teacher will work closely with the child and classroom teacher to ensure the childs participation and progress in mainstream classroom activities. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about inclusive education and child development. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to children with special needs during school hours. Assist in classroom learning and help with social and behavioral integration. Collaborate with the main class teacher and special educators to monitor progress. Adapt classroom activities to meet the individual learning needs of the child. Foster a positive and supportive environment for the childs academic and emotional growth. Candidate Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field. A certification in Special Education is a plus. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with children (especially those with learning or developmental needs). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and passionate about child development.
