Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Work from Home

About the Role

dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Conversion

    • Contact, counsel, and convert leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and campaigns.
    • Conduct follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
    • Maintain updated records of lead status and progress.
  • Social Media Coordination

    • Manage and coordinate with the

      social media team

      for regular posting on platforms like

      Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn

      .
    • Ensure that reels, testimonials, course updates, and tutor/student success stories are posted on time.
    • Review content quality, captions, hashtags, and engagement performance.
    • Work closely with the creative team to execute marketing ideas and promotional videos.
    • Track post reach, engagement metrics, and suggest improvements to increase visibility and leads.

  • Revenue Generation

    • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Promote and sell programs like:
      • Teacher Training Courses

      • Shadow Teacher Training

      • Special Educator Programs

    • Upsell and cross-sell services to interested clients.
  • Parent Support & Coordination

    • Understand parents requirements and provide suitable tutor/educator recommendations.
    • Coordinate demo sessions, onboarding, and progress follow-ups.
    • Maintain trust-building communication with parents throughout the service period.
  • Tutor & Trainer Coordination

    • Connect with educators, special educators, therapists, and trainers as per requirement.
    • Guide tutors for demo sessions, schedules, and student needs.
  • Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain daily lead tracking reports.
    • Provide weekly performance and revenue updates.
    • Coordinate agreements, payment follow-ups, and service documentation.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and conversion ability
  • Good understanding of educational and therapy services (special education, shadow teacher support is a plus)
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Confident, proactive, and relationship-focused personality

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Counselling
  • Experience in EdTech, schools, or training institutes is an added advantage
