Lead Generation & Prospecting • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. • Build a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups. 2. Client Acquisition • Understand customer needs and business challenges. • Present and pitch products/services through presentations, meetings, or virtual demos. • Convert leads into customers by negotiating and closing deals effectively. 3. Relationship Management • Maintain long-term client relationships. • Follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities. • Act as a point of contact for customer queries and assist in onboarding. 4. Sales Strategy & Planning • Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and client outreach strategies. • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM tools. 5. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. • Maintain organized documentation of proposals, quotations, and agreements. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 0–1 years of experience in sales or business development. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. • Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
