Your primary objective is to canvas assigned territories, identify potential properties for solar installations, engage with property owners, and generate high-quality, qualified leads for our senior sales team to close. Key Responsibilities Territory Mapping & Canvassing: Conduct daily field visits to designated residential areas, commercial complexes, industrial parks, and societies to identify prospective customers for rooftop solar plants. Lead Generation: Actively approach homeowners, business owners, and facility managers to introduce solar energy concepts. Your main goal is to gather their interest and contact details (generate a "Lead"). Initial Consultation: Briefly explain the benefits of solar energy (electricity bill savings, environmental impact, and government subsidies) to create initial interest. Site Assessment (Basic): Conduct preliminary visual checks of rooftops to ensure they are suitable for solar installation (checking for shadow-free area and roof type). Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for the number of property visits and qualified leads generated. Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of field visits, customer interactions, and leads collected using our mobile app or reporting tools. Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field regarding competitor activity and customer sentiment. Candidate Profile Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license. Must possess an Android/iOS smartphone. Education: 12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any stream. Fluency in the local language is mandatory; functional English/Hindi is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively within the city/assigned district daily. Skills & Attributes: High Energy & Thick Skin: Sales involves rejection.
