Client Acquisition Specialist

To identify and convert prospective parent/tutor into active clients

Key Role:

• Take ownership of converting leads (website enquiries, calls, social media, and referrals) into confirmed enrolment.
• Conduct consultations with parents and tutors to understand their academic goals, learning styles and specific needs.
• Provide personalized support for tutoring services and academic support
• Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the companys home tutoring services
• Build trust with Parents and tutors, ensuring smooth onboarding and long term retentions.
• Plan and execute effective lead conversion strategies
• Ensure consistent growth in sales and revenue for the company
• Work closely with operations team to balance supply with demand.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively call and respond promptly to all incoming leads and enquiries and convert them into confirmed clients
• Conduct needs analysis (subjects, grade, location, budget, timings etc.) before pitching services
• Follow up systematically with undecided parents/tutors until closure
• Maintain high conversion ratios by applying persuasive selling techniques
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow ups and closures in CRM
• Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates, revenue and targets achieved.
• Analyze reasons for lost leads and implement corrective measures

Desired Candidate Criteria:

• Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in any stream. MBA is an added advantage
• Should have good verbal & written communication (English & Hindi)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, Business development role
• Willingness to make multiple follow up calls to prospects and clients to ensure successful lead conversion
