Freelance Client Acquisition Specialist

🎯 Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients who need recruitment support for tech hiring.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach startups, tech companies, and HR heads through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, etc.
• Pitch our recruitment services in a clear and professional manner.
• Build a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly.
• Close new client deals and share requirements with the internal delivery team.
• Maintain relationships with acquired clients for future hiring needs.

✅ Requirements:

• 6 months –4 years

  of experience in BD/client acquisition in an IT or Non IT recruitment or staffing agency.
• Strong understanding of how recruitment works.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently on a commission-only or incentive-based model.
