Client Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with strong experience in acquiring clients for international recruitment projects. The candidate must have prior experience in business development for a recruitment consultancy and should hold an active network of decision-makers, HR heads, contractors or project companies in Middle East & Europe.

This role demands a revenue-driven mindset with ability to bring contracts, build long-term B2B relationships and onboard new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for overseas manpower recruitment (GCC & Europe focus)
• Generate leads, pitch recruitment services, negotiate terms & close contracts
• Handle empanelment, proposal drafting, commercial discussions & agreements
• Maintain pipeline of active prospects & plan conversion strategy
• Build and leverage personal network for business generation
• Coordinate with operations team for requirement fulfilment and delivery clarity
• Attend client meetings/video calls to understand manpower needs & capability fit
• Achieve monthly/quarterly BD targets with measurable outcomes
• Track inquiries, revenue forecasts, and maintain CRM/BD reports
• Represent company for conferences, client visits and onboarding discussions

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Development in a recruitment agency (mandatory)
• Must have existing client contacts or proven ability to generate business
• Strong experience in international manpower projects preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Target-driven & capable of independent deal closures
• Understanding of recruitment/visas/mobilization will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel domestically/internationally when required
• Must work from office (Vadodara)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,718.57 per month
