Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Research and identify potential clients, resellers, and partners through online platforms, directories, and networking.
• Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital tools.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the senior business development team.

2. Client Outreach & Relationship Building

• Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer relevant Vplak products or solutions.
• Assist in onboarding new clients or partners and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
• Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Business Growth Support

• Work with the business development and marketing teams to implement strategies for sales and brand growth.
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns, tie-ups, and collaborations.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

4. Market Research & Reporting

• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities in the e-commerce sector.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress reports in CRM tools.
• Share regular updates and insights with the business development manager.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in business development, inside sales, or e-commerce (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
