Location: Mumbai (with occasional travel to project cities)

Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in Interior Contracting / Hospitality Projects)

Department: Business Development & Client Relations

🔹 Role Overview


The Business Development Assistant will support the BD team in identifying project opportunities, preparing proposals, managing client communication, and coordinating with internal teams (estimations, design coordination, project delivery). The role requires a sharp understanding of the interiors industry—preferably with exposure to hospitality fit-outs, turnkey execution, or premium interior contracting.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Research


Track upcoming hospitality, commercial, and residential interior projects.


Conduct research on developers, PMCs, architects, and hotel operators.


Maintain and update BD trackers, CRM, and opportunity pipelines.


2. Proposal & Documentation


Assist in preparing company profiles, capability decks, tender submissions, and RFP responses.


Coordinate with estimation and technical teams to compile BOQs, project credentials, and method statements.


Ensure timely submission of proposals with accurate and well-presented content.


3. Client Interaction & Follow-Ups


Support BD team in client meetings, presentations, and online calls.


Maintain communication logs, follow-up schedules, and meeting minutes.


Handle initial-level client queries and route them to concerned departments.


4. Internal Coordination


Liaise with project, estimation, finance, and design teams for data required in BD submissions.


Track proposal status, commercial clarifications, and document requirements.


Assist in preparing pre-qualification documents (PQ), vendor empanelment forms, and compliance paperwork.


5. Branding & Outreach


Help prepare case studies, project highlights, and social media-ready content (optional).


Maintain updated portfolio documents, brochures, and hospitality project showcases.


🔹 Preferred Background


Experience in interior execution, turnkey contracting, or hospitality project fit-outs.


Understanding of BOQs, tender processes, drawings, and site terminology.


Familiarity with luxury hotel brands, developers, PMCs, and architects is a strong advantage.


🔹 Skills Required


Strong communication and presentation skills.


Good command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.


Ability to draft emails, prepare documentation, and manage structured data.


Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in follow-ups.


Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes (preferred).
