Business Development Assistant

Role Overview: Else Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Assistant to support their business growth strategies. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for researching potential opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in achieving revenue and expansion goals. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential leads, clients, and market opportunities. - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications. - Support the business development team in day-to-day activities. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. - Maintain accurate client databases and prepare performance reports. - Help plan and execute strategies for sales growth and partnerships. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred. - Freshers are welcome; training will be provided. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. - A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for business growth.
