E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, content, pricing, and stock availability on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
• Process daily orders, handle returns, and ensure timely dispatch
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and logistics partners for smooth delivery flow
• Monitor and maintain platform-specific reports, metrics, and dashboards
• Work with the team to plan and execute offers, deals, and product launches
• Track sales, product performance, and market trends to suggest improvements
• Ensure accurate and attractive product presentation across all platforms

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketplace e-commerce management
• Hands-on experience with platforms like

  Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Myntra

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and understanding of e-commerce operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple platforms and tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with an analytical approach
• Prior experience in a D2C or retail category (gardening/home products preferred)
