Infra Advisors

• Business/lead generation from assigned sectors 
• Participate in client meetings and follow up to ensure timely availability of information
• Lead the preparation of Information Memorandums, Management Presentations, Cash Flow Statements, and conduct due diligence
• Perform MIS and financial analysis of projects and companies
• Support Senior Analysts/Team Leaders in the execution of transactions
• Lesioning with Clients and Banks /NBFC/Fund Houses to close the transactions
• Participate in term sheet negotiations and oversee the execution of legal documentation

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with strong networking capability
• Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Highly energetic with a proactive attitude
• Must have own conveyance (Car/Two-wheeler) 

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDBM (Preferred: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics)
• 1–2 years of experience
• Final-year management students may also apply
