Business Data Analyst

Position – Data Analyst Location : ONSITE – (Vikhroli, Mumbai) Work Ex : Minimum 2 Years Time : U.S. Shift timings - 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (6pm – 3am IST) Roles & Responsibilities: Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies Managing large datasets with important MS excel functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for the management. Automate and simplify various reporting trackers using Tableau, VBA, Power BI, Macros and SQL. Extract existing data to format into presentable reports, charts, and graphs. Prepare data analysis and data reports for internal circulation and work on bespoke queries involving collating data from multiple Excel files and preparing a custom report keeping in view all the requirements set by the client. Improving systems & procedures & initiate corrective actions. Ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with company regulations. Develop models that help with decision-making Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field is preferred. Ability to handle highly sensitive data and maintain confidentiality. 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields. Strong working knowledge of Excel, financial modelling and BI tools Working knowledge of maintaining any CRM or ERP software for data entry purposes and for assisting corporate wide team. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Attention to accuracy and detail required Proven analytical & financial expertise.
