Regional Sales Director β US Federal & State Accounts Tech Army Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Location: On-site (5 days/week, EST hours) Urgency: Immediate Joining Preferred About the Role Tech Army Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished β Regional Sales Director " with extensive experience and a proven record of success in selling US Federal and State government accounts. This is a critical on-site leadership position, operating Monday through Friday during EST hours. We observe all US holidays and offer highly competitive incentive programs. Compensation will match or exceed current market standards for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies targeting US Federal and State government agencies, driving new business and expanding existing accounts. Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within Federal and State agencies. Lead the full sales cycle: identify, qualify, and close high-value deals, including generating and submitting RFPs and related documentation. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets through robust pipeline management and strategic account planning. Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing, and executive leadership) to ensure seamless client engagement and solution delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement cycles to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge. Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and analytics on pipeline health, win/loss trends, and market seDirectorentation. Represent Tech Army Consulting at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a subject matter expert in government technology sales. Mentor, train, and support junior sales staff as needed to build a high-performing team culture. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of direct sales experience with a focus on US Federal and State government accounts, including a demonstrable track record of large contract wins and exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of the US government procurement process, contracting vehicles, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to build and sustain senior-level relationships within Federal and State agencies. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology solutions to diverse audiences. Experience with CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
