Job Title: Business & Data Analyst

Duration: 6 Months (Internship / Contract Basis)

Location: BKC Head Office, Mumbai

Role Overview:

Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd. is looking for a Data Analyst (Intern / Contract) to join our team at the BKC Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making and business process improvement. This role requires a data-driven mind-set, attention to detail, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal and external systems to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

2) Develop interactive reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present insights effectively.

3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements and analytical solutions.

4) Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth, efficiency, and strategic initiatives.

5) Suggest and implement process improvements based on analytical findings and workflow optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1) Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics/statistical tools such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

2) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

3) Understanding of business processes, workflow documentation, and process optimization techniques.

4) Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
