About the Role:

LOT Mobiles Pvt Ltd is looking for a smart, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresher with an MBA in Finance who enjoys working with numbers, analysing business performance, and creating meaningful reports using Excel and other analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial and business data to support daily operations and decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support senior analysts with data validation, financial modelling, and preparing management presentations.
• Learn and gradually adopt tools like Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets for advanced analytics.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports with attention to detail and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance (Fresher/0–1 year experience).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Logical & Statistical Functions).
• Basic understanding of financial statements, business metrics, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
