Job Description

As an Account Research & Validation specialist, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and validate new sales account and NASP requests. This involves utilizing tools such as GCH, Salesforce CRM, DNB, SOS, and external research tools. Your role will require you to ensure that all requests meet specific criteria, including no duplicate accounts, legitimate business entities, and not currently assigned to other sales team members across segments. You will also be responsible for initiating and managing DNB research inquiries and updating GCH and Salesforce records with validated information. In the realm of Data Integrity & Maintenance, you will be tasked with assisting in CLE (Customer Legal Entity) review, updates, and duplicate cleanup to maintain a single, accurate CLE per customer. Additionally, you will support year-end sales city cleanup initiatives and promote data quality best practices within the team. Your role will also involve Collaboration & Support activities, where you will collaborate with Sales and IT teams to report and resolve system issues. You will contribute to the development and implementation of GCH 2.0 in collaboration with the GCH team, address CLE inquiry requests, and provide support for OneView international sales requests. Regarding LV BAN Mapping & Segmentation, your duties will include reviewing LV BAN (Legal View Billing Account Number) mapping queues. You will leverage various tools such as GCH 2.0, DNB portal, CRM, Secretary of State data, and public records to research and establish accurate DUNS numbers. It is crucial to adhere to GCH 2.0 and LV guidelines for segment, DUNS, and CLE determination in this process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience - Proficiency in using tools such as GCH, Salesforce CRM, DNB, and SOS - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description),
