Role Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for an on-site, full-time position in Mumbai In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve our clients’ performance on online food delivery platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at turning raw data into meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources including Zomato, Swiggy, POS systems, sales reports, and internal trackers. Build dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics such as sales, growth/degrowth, product quality, and operational efficiency.
