Role Overview We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who can own the relationship with our partner brands, ensuring their success across platforms and internal processes. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication with clients to build strong, trust-based relationships Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics from delivery platforms and internal dashboards Convert raw data into actionable insights to improve operations and business outcomes Coordinate with internal teams (tech, ops, marketing) to deliver on client expectations Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive client success Prepare client reports and lead review calls to discuss performance and strategy You’re a Great Fit If You: Have 1+ years of experience in client servicing, operations, or analytics Come from or have experience in the food/delivery industry (F&B brands, cloud kitchens, aggregators, etc.) Are comfortable with numbers , dashboards, and tools like Excel or Google Sheets Are a clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills Are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a startup environment Why Work With Us?
