Data Integrity In accordance with management requirements, continuously update and keep core data accurate in the IMI CCI CRM tool on aftermarket interests such as company names, names, locations, contact details, numbers etc on -Plant names -Plant owners -Plant operators -Maintenance/Service providers -Plant Units -Installed assets Key Accountabilities: Is responsible for their designated territory in India Aftermarket Outside Sales and thus to ensure that the function is operated in accordance with IMI CCI policies. Position Summary: The Document Controller will be the first point of contact for the customer and factory for all their Project Documentation related needs. The Document Controller will accomplish the customer requirements by coordinating with multiple IMI departments across the globe, and processing them as per customer templates and requirements. Supervisory Responsibility: No Key responsibilities of this position include (other responsibilities may be assigned): Reviewing the Documentation requirements requested by customer in the Purchase Order and coordinating with the various departments globally to get the documents on time, and then to submit to customer within the stipulated SLA. Preparation of the customer document submittals as per customer requirements and submitting to customer though email or customer EDMS. Follow-up with customer for timely returns of the submitted documents for their approvals/comments as per SLA. Tracking and monitoring all the document list, customer submissions, returns and revision requests in internal Document Management system (IFS or MS Excel or Customer Format). Coordinating on customer queries with internal departments. Preparation of customized final document packages / dossiers using MSOffice applications.
