SuccessFactors Consultant

As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at IMI, your role is crucial in ensuring the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors application. You will be part of the in-house IMI SuccessFactors support team and responsible for managing service requests from multiple countries to ensure system stability and an excellent user support experience. This role is based in India and supports IMI's global business, with a focus on APAC and EMEA time zones. Your responsibilities include: - Fulfilling service requests within agreed SLA timescales, ranging from complex business process scenarios to simple support requests. - Understanding the technology landscape within IMI to make informed decisions on configuration changes. - Analyzing ticket trends and business trends to proactively identify required system changes. - Identifying integration issues and addressing Employee Central related resolutions. - Supporting SAP upgrades and identifying improvements for the system. - Acting as a subject matter expert for ad-hoc project work and providing defect resolution for existing Story Reports. Qualifications required for this role include: - Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Central service delivery. - Experience working with core ticketing systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify appropriate solutions for IMI. - Understanding of HR & Business processes related to Employee Central. - Strong verbal and written English language skills for effective communication. Additionally, you are expected to work collaboratively as part of a team and support the development of junior team members.
