SuccessFactors Consultant

The ideal candidate for this role should possess 6-9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors. It is essential to have hands-on experience in the Implementation and support of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module. Proficiency in ONB2.0 Localization, Compliance forms, and processes is a mandatory requirement. Additionally, experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment modules would be advantageous. The responsibilities of the candidate include gathering and assessing requirements from functional business owners, as well as collaborating with individuals at all levels within a team environment. The role also involves analyzing both the current state (AS IS) and the future state (TO BE) processes.
