Practice Management, experience in driving large Digital HR Transformations enabled through SuccessFactors
SuccessFactors hands on delivery experience
Client relationship experience handing Indian and overseas customers in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors space
Responsible for managing the SuccessFactors team and overseeing team and capability development
SAP HCM experience is an added benefit
Programme Management with Solutioning capabilities to support the project teams
Business Development
Strong sense of ownership, will be responsible for driving the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors business in the region - West (Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad)
