Preferred Qualifications
- Provide functional, administrative, technical and end user support for one or more of the following talent modules:
- Platform Learning Management Recruitment Management / Onboarding / Recruitment Marketing Performance Management / Goal Management Succession Management / Career Development
- Planning Compensation Working knowledge of HR domain processes
- Maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors talent functionality, configuration options, integration points, and best practices
- Consult with HR Technology team members, SMEs and process owners to advise on the best way to leverage and configure SuccessFactors modules to achieve business objectives while maintaining a high level of supportability and sustainability
- Ensure that SuccessFactors is properly configured according to best practices such that unique customizations and overly complex configurations are minimized
- Perform QA activities on existing configurations and provide training on product administration, product integration and best practices around support and maintenance
- Play a lead role in the assessment, testing and application of SuccessFactors quarterly releases
- Plans and executes User Acceptance testing to ensure quality implementations
- Develops clear documentation including specifications, job aids, operational guides, etc.
- Assists with support of live modules including responding to incident reports and requests (tickets)
Skills
- Experience in the 2 or more of the following modules:
- Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Performance Management / Goal Management, Succession Management / Career Development, Compensation
- SuccessFactors certification(s) required
- Experience supporting SuccessFactors integrations with 3rd party systems leveraging expertise in SuccessFactors integration technologies
- Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration, initiative and consensus building skills while working with team members, internal clients and/or stakeholders
Availability
8am - 12pm CSTUp to 20 hours per weekCandidate should have understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors build model, understanding of HR business process, functional and/or technical experience and knowledge with third party integration (payroll providers, benefits services, etc.).
