SuccessFactors Consultant

As a SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Career Development & Succession Planning (CDP/SP), your main role will involve consulting HR best practices to map current-state business processes and design future-state processes. You will be responsible for aligning system solutions during requirement gathering and documenting them as Business Requirements for implementation in SuccessFactors. Additionally, you will provide functional and technical support for integrations, participate effectively in sales/presales activities, and train and coach junior consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Consult HR best practices to map current-state business processes and design future-state processes - Align system solutions during requirement gathering and document them as Business Requirements for implementation in SuccessFactors - Provide functional and technical support for integrations - Participate effectively in sales/presales activities as required - Train and coach junior consultants - Be prepared to be deployed on projects in India (any city/town) or overseas (Middle East, Africa, etc.) with engagement durations of up to 1 month and frequent travels for simultaneous engagements Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of overall HCM experience - Experience in SuccessFactors (SF) and HR domain experience; domain experience is not mandatory - Good working knowledge of IT services and system development - Excellent HCM best practice knowledge - Broad technical appreciation including all key SAP functionality and technology - Multiple industry domain knowledge is preferable but not mandatory - Knowledge in system integration and administration - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively - Command on written and verbal communication In addition, you should possess a strong command of written and verbal communication, along with the ability to collaborate effectively.,
