SuccessFactors Consultant LMS

As a SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in LMS, your role will involve consulting HR best practices by mapping current-state business processes and designing future-state processes. You will be responsible for aligning system solutions during requirement gathering and documenting them as Business Requirements for implementation in SuccessFactors. Additionally, you will provide functional and technical support for integrations, participate effectively in sales/presales activities, and train and coach junior consultants. It's important to note that you should be prepared to be deployed on projects in various locations, including any city or town in India and overseas in the Middle East, Africa, etc. Engagements may last up to 1 month, and frequent travel may be required for simultaneous engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Consult HR best practices by mapping current-state business processes and designing future-state processes - Align system solutions during requirement gathering and document them as Business Requirements for implementation in SuccessFactors - Provide functional and technical support for integrations - Participate effectively in sales/presales activities - Train and coach junior consultants - Be prepared to be deployed on projects in various locations, with engagements lasting up to 1 month and frequent travel required for simultaneous engagements Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of overall HCM experience - Experience in SuccessFactors and HR domain experience; domain experience is not mandatory - Good working knowledge of IT services and system development - Excellent HCM best practice knowledge - Broad technical appreciation, including all key SAP functionality and technology - Multiple industry domain knowledge is preferable but not mandatory - Knowledge in system integration and administration - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively - Command of written and verbal communication Note: The job may involve frequent travel and deployments to various locations for project engagements.,
